PLASTON’s main mission is to produce the best and most innovative Air Treatment systems. We believe this can be achieved without compromising our role as a good corporate citizen and environmental steward.

Striving to be the best, PLASTON implements resource conservation and reusing/recycling raw materials from production to minimize our impact on the environment.

Being the best also encompasses our product design process. Building products that have customer value, while also addressing concerns for the world in which we live. Reduced transportation and minimizing the impact from the disposing of used product materials are ways to have the least harm to the environment.

Some ways PLASTON has achieved this objective include our refillable demineralization cartridge (DMC) and our EZCal cleaning and descaling powder. Apart from being an economical solution for our customers to maintain their humidifiers, constructed with recyclable materials our DMC patented design simplifies the refilling of our filter cartridges. No longer does the cartridge itself need to be disposed of, only the filter media inside. Our EZCal cleaner and descaler is packaged in a concentrated powder form instead of a liquid in a bulky bottle reducing the transportation impact on the environment.
