Shipping Policy

Shipping, Ordering and Payment

AIR-O-SWISS products purchased online can only be delivered to physical addresses and not to P.O. boxes. All online orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders received on weekends, holidays and after 10am Central Standard Time will be processed on the next business day. Delivery is limited to continental US only. Your shipments will be shipped via UPS standard delivery. You can expect delivery of most items within ten (10) business days after your order is processed. We also offer UPS 2nd day delivery. Shipping costs depend on the options you choose. The shipping cost will be determined during checkout.

Order Processing

Plaston International Corporation accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Once an order is submitted by a customer, a hold will be put on the card for the entire cost of the order including shipping and tax (if applicable). If the card is declined, the customer will be prompted to re-enter the card information or to use another credit card. Upon approval of the credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer via e-mail at the address provided by the customer.

The customer’s credit card will be charged once confirmation of shipment is sent to the airoswiss.net web shop. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped.

Plaston International Corp. reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the requested information by e-mail.

E-mail Notifications

Customers will receive e-mails from Plaston International Corporation advising them of the dates that their orders are confirmed and the dates that their orders are shipped (including the tracking numbers). In addition, customers may log into their accounts to see the status of their orders.

Sales Tax

Plaston International Corp. is required to collect tax in all states where we have a physical presence. The sales tax calculated during checkout is an estimate and may vary slightly when your order is processed. Plaston International Corp. has a presence in Illinois.
